Colossians 3:12-13
The final word in DeWayne Dunko's forgiveness series: how believers forgive each other, and why the goal is restoration.

Another one DeWayne re-recorded after forgetting to hit record on Thursday. It closes the week's series on forgiveness with the hardest group to forgive: people in your own church.
Paul gives the church a wardrobe: compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience. Then he gets practical. Bear with each other. A church is wealthy and poor, every background, every personality, and you won't click with everyone. Bearing with someone means sticking with them anyway.
With everyone, the process is the same: always forgive, as the Lord forgave you. The goal differs. With an unbeliever, you're showing them Jesus. With a believer, you're after restoration, because they're family. Wisdom still applies. You can forgive and keep someone at arm's length until they grow.
“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
